■ Update contents

1. View processing ticket integration
In the 'Overall Management > Contract Service Status > Contract Status > Contract Details' screen, when 'Integrated view of processing tickets is turned on,
The ability to collect and view all tickets for services that have activated the function will be added.

 

2. Added text search function for dropbox search items
All dropbox items on the ticket search and inquiry form will now be text searchable.

 

3. Advance ticket search
You will be able to search for tickets by inquiry/answer/comment title, content, attachments and fields.
These actions will be applied sequentially by organization, and it may take up to July 12 for all organizations to take effect.
