1. Ticket Management
- Added the ability to edit the title in ticket details. Titles can be changed for Phone, Chat, and Created channel tickets.

2. Customer Info Management
- 'Title' can now be added to customer info field mappings.

3. KMS
- When All Knowledge Articles / All Internal Notices is selected, only shared tags can now be selected.

4. Help Center
- Fixed an issue where CAPTCHA did not work properly on the mobile Help Center.

5. Service Management > External Channels
- Improved the Dooray integration UI and API key issuance.

6. Global Management
- Changed the time zone for registration date searches from UTC to KST (Korea Standard Time).

7. Others
- Improved some features to enhance service stability.
