'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on July 14th, 2026.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:
1. Common
- Improved the service selector to allow users to customize the display order of services and mark frequently used services as favorites.

2. Service Management
- Added the 'Webhook' trigger action, allowing users to freely configure the data included in webhook requests.
- Improved the 'Dooray Notification' trigger action to support replacement codes in the notification subject.
- Enhanced the Security Management > Spam Management features as follows:
- Spam Inquiry Blocking: Added the ability to manually unblock users if a legitimate user is mistakenly blocked due to repeated inquiries.
- Spam List Management: Added a option to block ticket creation for inquiries submitted from IP addresses or email addresses registered in the spam list.

3. Contiple AI
- Added AI translation for customer inquiries and agent responses.
- Available in: Ticket Management / Chat (Agent Console)
- This feature is available only for organizations with the Contiple AI service enabled. For more information, please contact the Contiple Customer Center.

4. Chat
- Improved Chat Automated Messages to support text formatting in the 'Personal Data Consent' message.

5. Help Center
- Improved the UX for displaying and editing the Email and Phone Number fields on the 1:1 Inquiry page.

6. Others
- Improved several features to enhance overall service stability.
