1. Ticket Management
- Improved the interface so that long consultation group names are truncated with an ellipsis in the LNB area.
- Improved the Dooray! transfer feature so that users can choose whether to include comment details from ticket handling history.
- Improved ticket search so that multiple selections can be made for channels, request types, and handling types.
- Added a “Show Preview Button” option to the ticket handling settings, making it easier to choose whether to run a preview. When this option is enabled, the “Processing” button and “Preview” button are displayed as a grouped button set.

-  Improved certain features to enhance the stability of the chat service.

- Improved certain features to stabilize the service.
