1. Consultation Report (Beta)
- The Consultation Report has been added to the Report category, enabling users to easily create reports using consultation data.
- This feature is provided as a beta version and may be transitioned to a paid feature in accordance with future service policies.
- For detailed descriptions and usage instructions, please refer to the Contiple Guide.

2. Chat
- Several improvements have been made to enhance the stability of the chat service.

3. Service Management
- Fixed an issue where the display order was incorrectly applied to the Help Center when registering a new submission type.
- Fixed an issue where triggers did not function correctly under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue where agent registration in Issue Management was not being processed properly.
