'Contiple' will undergo ad-hoc maintenance on April 3rd, 2026.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

Between 06:00 and 08:00 on April 3rd, 2026
■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.
■ Contents:
1. Chat Service Updates
- Overall UI/UX improvements for the chat service
- Simultaneous ticket creation during chat interactions
- Refined chat status categories: Waiting, In Progress, On Hold, Closed
- New chat features: agent transfer, automatic routing by submission type, automated messages based on conversation status, customizable design aligned with service branding, etc.

2. Statistics
- Menu structure reorganized around channels
- Integrated Ticket Statistics: Period Statistics, Type Statistics, Performance Statistics, Transfer Statistics (available when transfer feature is used), Detailed History (formerly Ticket Detailed History)
- Chat Statistics: Period Statistics, Performance Statistics, Detailed History
- Inbound Statistics: Provides metrics such as volume and response rate based on queue arrivals (available when chat is used)
3. Contiple Hub
- New feature that distributes inquiries from all channels into queues and assigns them to the most suitable agent based on agent status and availability

※ This feature will initially be applied to the chat channel only and is available for organizations that have activated the "Chat" feature in Contract Management. (Other channels will be supported gradually.)
4. Others
1) Keyword Alerts
- Added "Keyword Alert" feature under [Service Management > Ticket > Alerts]
- Notifications will be sent when specified keywords are detected in inquiries based on configured conditions
2) Contiple AI
- Added a settings menu for AI features (available for selected organizations only)
- Added a feature under [Service Management > Ticket > Manage Category] to input category descriptions by submission type and processing type
3) Additional Business Management > SMS Send
- Updated attachment size limits for MMS
- Added support for "JPEG" file format
