'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on November 11th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:

1. Personal Data Encryption & Auto-Deletion Options Added
- In [Service Management ▶ Ticket ▶ Field ▶ Field Management], you can now enable Encryption for user-defined fields of the Text Box type.
- Once encryption is enabled, it cannot be reverted, and after the regular update scheduled on November 11, the encryption status of existing fields can no longer be modified.
- Encrypted fields are excluded from search results and data export in both Ticket Management and Ticket Detail History, so please review carefully before enabling this option.



- For encrypted fields only, you may additionally set Automatic Deletion.
- When the configured deletion period has passed since the ticket was marked Completed, the data stored in that field will be automatically deleted.
- This setting applies only to tickets received after the configuration is saved.





2. Customer Attachment File Deletion
1) Automatic Deletion
- In [Service Management ▶ Security Management ▶ Delete Attachment], you can enable Automatic Deletion for files attached to tickets by customers.
- For tickets received after this option is enabled, customer-uploaded attachments will be automatically deleted once the configured number of days has passed since the ticket was marked Completed.
- As with field deletion, automatic attachment deletion also applies only to tickets received after the setting is saved.



2) Manual Deletion
- Through the Manage Attachment function in Ticket Management, you can manually delete each file uploaded by the customer.
However, manual deletion is only available for attachments on tickets from the Help Center, Email, and API channels where you are the assigned agent.





3. Issue Escalation & Dooray Escalation
- We improved the error messages shown when Dooray Escalation fails, so users can clearly understand the cause (such as missing permissions or deleted tasks).
- We also resolved an issue where an error occurred if a user navigated to another menu while an Issue Escalation or Dooray Escalation popup was open.



4. Callback Management
- Fixed an issue where unassigned agents were shown pending callback counts.
- For services using the Customer Data Integration feature, customer information can now be viewed on the Callback List screen.
- Agents with phone support permission can now view the entire callback list. However, Call and Complete buttons are only shown for callbacks assigned to the current agent.


5. Others
- We improved several internal functions to enhance service stability.
