'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on October 21th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

Between 07:00 and 08:00 on October 21th, 2025

■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:
1. Ticket Management
- Improved so that email addresses can be entered in the “To” and “CC” fields when transferring tickets to Dooray.
- Updated the “Dooray Comment History” in transferred tickets so that the comment author is displayed as the actual writer’s name.
- Fixed an issue where the login session occasionally expired when performing actions that open a new window, such as creating or transferring a ticket.
- Improved the UI for the “Consultation processing history” and “Ticket Details” frames in the Ticket Management menu.

- Clicking the ticket ID at the top of the “Consultation processing history” now copies the ID.
- “Consultation processing history” now displays in a thread view sorted by creation date (ascending). You can filter specific entries using the dropdown.
- When selecting text in a ticket, “Copy/Masking” buttons now appear.
- Depending on user settings, the “Preview” feature can now automatically launch when resolving or putting a ticket on hold.
- Improved readability and usability in customer and agent field areas with minor UI changes.

2. Additional Business Management
1) SMS Send
- Added a “Ticket ID” field when sending SMS messages.
- Entering a Ticket ID is optional; the entered ID is stored only in the sending history and will not appear in the sent message.
- Improved the UI of [Additional Business Management > SMS Send > Send List] to enhance usability when searching for sent messages.

3. Customer Info Management
1) Customer Management
- Changed so that data is not automatically loaded when first accessing the menu.
- Customer information will be displayed only after entering search conditions.
