'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on September 16th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

■ Date:
Between 07:00 and 08:00 on September 16th, 2025

■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:
1. Ticket Management
- Added a feature to display the number of unassigned tickets by group in the "All Tickets in Group" menu.
This count indicates tickets with an assigned group but without an assigned agent.

2. Call
- Improved the CTI status change at the end of a call: it now transitions from "Business (Ticket)" to "Acw."
The "Acw" status is distinguished from Rest/Business statuses and can be monitored in real time via [Additional Business Management > Screen] and the [Ticket Management > mini dashboard].

3. Service Management > Trigger
- Added a substitution code for "Receive Type" in the Trigger notification email settings.

4. Help Center
- Fixed an issue where the Help Center UI was not displayed correctly in certain environments.
