We would like to inform you that the issue related to the FAQ page within the Help Center, which occurred around 9:00 AM today, has been resolved.

■ Occurrence Time: August 12, 2025 (Tue) from 9:10 AM to 10:40 AM
■ Issue Details: FAQ page posts were not displayed when accessed from mobile environments.
■ Cause: Bug within the mobile web environment
■ Action Taken: Source code was modified and deployed without downtime.

The service is now fully operational.
However, some CSS-related issues affecting specific services have been identified and are currently being addressed. We ask for your understanding.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and will continue to strive to provide a more stable service.
