'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on August 12th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

■ Influence: 
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable. 
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.
■ Contents:
1. Service Management ▶ Ticket
1) Trigger
- Added default placeholders to the Dooray notification template, allowing 'Ticket ID' and 'Total Processing Content' to be included in the notification content.
2) Alerts
- Fixed an issue where selecting multiple Submission Types caused an error when registering alerts for inquiry surges.
- Improved the UI to allow more intuitive addition and removal of Submission Type conditions.

3) Other Settings
- Updated the system so that the 'Automatically Close Tickets After a Certain Period of Time Following Resolution' setting now also applies to tickets retrieved after being transferred.


2. Ticket Management
1) Ticket Batching

- Improved the feature to allow batch processing of tickets without a Submission Type.
- Enhanced the function so that agents with ticket transfer permission can also batch transfer tickets assigned to other agents.

2) (Right Sidebar) Template Management
- Adjusted the interface so that only Processing type templates are visible and searchable.


3. Help Center ▶ FAQ / Notice
- Added the 'Manage Fixed Posts' feature, which allows administrators to set the display order of pinned documents in the FAQ and Notice boards.



4. Other
- Improved various features to enhance service stability.
