'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on July 8th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:
1. Service Management
1) Ticket
- Improved the ticket template feature to allow linking with the “Submission Type”, enabling the use of templates when creating tickets or escalating issues.
2) Help Center
- Fixed an issue where the “Inquiry & Inquiry History” status was incorrectly displayed as disabled in the default settings, even though it was actually enabled.

2. Ticket Management
- Fixed an issue where tickets were not properly sorted after switching pages and changing the sort criteria in the ticket list.

3. Report
1) Ticket Detail History

- Fixed an issue where empty rows were intermittently included in the extracted Excel file.

4. Help Center
- Improved the display format of the Terms of Use section at the bottom of the mobile Help Center.
- Changed from a two-depth structure (click “Terms of Use/Privacy Policy” → individual terms shown) to a one-depth structure where each term is shown directly at the bottom of the screen.

5. Chat
- Made minor improvements to chat-related features.
