'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on June 10th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.
■ Contents:
1. Help Center
- Added a feature allowing customers to view field information directly on the inquiry detail page.
- When the option "Displays ticket field information on the inquiry details page." is enabled in [Service Management > Help Center > Default Settings], the field information will be shown on the customer-facing screen.
2. Ticket Management
- Added a search condition for follow-up tickets. You can add this condition via the [Ticket Search > Set Conditions] button.
- Fixed an issue where the selected submission type in call tickets was not temporarily saved when navigating away from the screen.
3. Statistics
1) Ticket Detail History
- Improved the performance of data extraction.
- Fixed an issue where rows and columns were occasionally misaligned in the extracted Excel files.
2) Period Statistics
- Fixed an issue where IN/OUT call data was not properly aggregated when viewing statistics by day of the week.
4. Chat
- Made several improvements to the chat-related features.
