During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.
■ Contents:
1. Ticket Management
- Fixed an issue related to the "Masking" feature in the Security Service where the period release days were incorrectly applied.
- Changed the default inquiry lookup period in Ticket Management from the past 3 months to the past 1 year.
2. [Issue Management] Service Management > Tickets > Other Settings
- Added a feature to require designation of both a responsible group and agent when transferring a ticket from Consultation Management to Issue Management.
3. Global Management > Security Settings > Handling Personal Information
- Added a permission setting allowing 'Data Extraction of Ticket Detail History' only from designated IP addresses.
- The 'Data Extraction of Ticket Detail History' permission under [Service Management > Agent] can be used when IP access restrictions are not required.
4. Chat
- Fixed an issue where customer information was intermittently not saved on the agent chat screen during customer interactions.
5. Others
- Improved certain functions to enhance overall service stability.
