'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on April 15th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.
■ Contents:
1. Ticket Management
- Fixed an issue where the "Ticket Details" frame width would shrink to the minimum after refreshing the screen and adjusting the frame width.
- Added a temporary save function for field values in the "Ticket Details" frame.
- Fixed an issue that occurred when sorting tickets in the "All Tickets" and "All Transferred Tickets" menus.
- Added a feature allowing ticket search by Ticket ID from Consultation Management tickets in the Issue Management service.
- Removed the default completion comment that was automatically added when a ticket is auto-completed.
2. Statistics
1) Period/Type/Performance Statistics
- Added “By Day of Week” as a period unit and introduced a “Comparison Period” option to compare statistics over different timeframes.
- Added new search filters: Priority, Submission Type, Processing Type, and Group/Agent.
2) Ticket Detail History
- Applied line breaks to the tooltips of “Contents” and “Processing History” fields, and updated background/font colors.
- Added “Call Transcript” and “Call Summary” fields to enable the extraction of AI Transcript/Call Summary data.
3. Service Management
1) Ticket > Trigger
- Improved the linear allocation logic in the trigger result condition for ticket assignment.
2) Help Center
- Added a “Additional Inquiry” feature allowing customers to submit a follow-up inquiry for Help Center tickets which are completed.
4. Others
- Improved some features to enhance service stability.
