'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on March 11th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

Between 07:00 and 08:00 on March 11th, 2025

■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:

1. Ticket Management
 - Added the "Assign to Me" feature when creating a ticket.
 - If "Assign to Me" is checked on the ticket creation screen, the assignee will be set to the user, making ticket creation more convenient.

2. Service Management > Ticket
1) Trigger

Added substitution codes to insert "User Field" content into notification emails.
2) Other Settings
- A feature to automatically process tickets as completed has been added.
- If the auto-complete feature is enabled in [Service Management > Ticket > Other Settings], resolved tickets will be automatically processed as "Completed" after the set time.
3) Email Settings
- The default account creation feature (@oc.nhncloud.com) provided by Contiple has been removed.

3. Other
 - Improved some chat-related features.
