'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on February 18th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

Between 06:30 and 08:00 on February 18th, 2025
■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.
■ Contents:
1. Service Management
1) External Channel ▶ Dooray!
- When the Dooray! organization to be integrated is the same as the Contiple organization, the issue where the "Representative IAM ID" input field was disabled during project registration has been resolved.
2) Agent ▶ Group
- When only one group is assigned to an agent, improvements have been made so that the agent cannot be removed from that group.
2. Ticket Management
- The issue where the Dooray escalation status was not displayed in the ticket status search conditions has been resolved.
- When the "Forwarding and Ticket completion" trigger is executed, the issue where the ticket count for "My Tickets in Progress" and "All Unassigned Tickets" was incorrectly aggregated and displayed has been resolved.
3. Report
1) Period Statistics ▶ Chat
- The statistical time zone has been modified to display as "0~23H"
- Example:
- 0H range: The number of chats received between 0:00 and 1:00 is displayed.
- 1H range: The number of chats received between 1:00 and 2:00 is displayed.
4. Chat
1) Chat Log
- The issue where data was displayed as blank and the HTML code display section was improved during data extraction has been fixed.
2) Chat Widget
- The issue where the agent's chat widget was not displayed when the "Chat Widget" was disabled on the [Service Management ▶ Help Center ▶ Default Settings] screen has been resolved.
- The chat notification section has been improved.
3) (Customer/Agent) Chat Screen
- The chat evaluation feature and evaluation button have been removed. (Can be replaced with the satisfaction survey feature)
- The issue where some sent messages were not visible on the screen has been resolved.
4) (Agent) Chat Screen
- The maximum number of chats that can be assigned per agent has been changed to 3. If no additional agents are available to be assigned, a modal indicating "Agent is absent" will be displayed to the customer.
- The chat status name "Offline" has been changed to "End Chat"
- When the chat ends, the End Chat button's label will change to "Confirm". Once the Confirm button is clicked, the relevant chat will be removed from the "End Chat" list. The chat is only removed from the list, and past chat history can be reviewed in [Chat Log].
5. Other
- Improved various features to enhance service stability.
