'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on January 14th, 2025.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.
■ Contents:
1. Ticket Management
- The ticket list UI has been improved to make it easier to view information and track previous and follow-up tickets.
※ Ticket information now appears in three lines, with system tags (ticket channel, transfer channel, follow-up ticket status, etc.) displayed on the third line.
※ If a ticket has previous or follow-up tickets, the related ticket information will be displayed at the bottom.
- Fixed an error where the ticket count data in the mini dashboard did not match the actual data under certain conditions.
- Modified the system so that when the customer information integration API returns two or more results, the system field values are updated according to the selected result.
2. Additional Features
- Fixed an error where the "Times" was not incremented when selecting "Connection" in the callback list.
3. Customer Information Management
- Modified the system to convert uppercase letters in customer emails to lowercase, allowing integration with customer information that uses lowercase emails.
4. Service Management
- Added "Type One" and "Type Two" fields to the trigger condition objects.
5. Chat
- Added "Inbound Time" and "Agent" columns to the extracted chat log data, and modified the extraction method so that "Message" data is displayed in a single cell.
- Fixed an error where an agent's status would change from online to offline when using the chat feature across multiple browser tabs.
- Fixed an error where some line breaks and special characters in chat messages were not displayed correctly.
6. Other
- Improved various features to enhance service stability.
