'Contiple' will undergo scheduled maintenance on November 26th, 2024.

These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.


■ Date :
Between 07:00 and 08:00 on November 26, 2024

■ Influence: 
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable. 
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:
1. Ticket Management
- Added a line-break property to the <pre> tag in the text editor and improved input-related bugs.
- Fixed an intermittent bug that occurred when adjusting the frame’s width.

2. Additional Business Management
1) SMS Send
- Fixed an issue where files were not attached when sending MMS, or an error page appeared when clicking on the attached file.
- Improved the UI of the Details modal in the [Send List] screen, resolving the issue of long messages being displayed outside the modal window.

2) Screen
- Resolved an intermittent malfunction issue.

3. Service Management > Agent > Menu Access Settings
- Fixed an issue where some menus were not displayed on the [Menu Access Settings] screen when changing the contract details.

4. Help Center > Inquiry
- Fixed an issue where the phone number field was not automatically filled in when a member made a 1:1 inquiry while member integration was activated.

5. Miscellaneous
- Various minor improvements were made to enhance service stability.
