1. Ticket Management
1) AI Transcript and Call Summary
- AI Transcript and call summary feature, utilizing Speech-to-Text (STT) technology, will be launched.
- During phone ticket handling, the transcribed call content will be displayed on the right sidebar, and a summarized call log will be automatically recorded in the ticket history.
- This feature is currently in beta; please contact our customer service if you wish to enable it.

2) Spam Box
- The issue with the "Restriction Date" search field has been fixed, and the field name has been changed to "Spam Processing Date."
- Improved pagination performance in the ticket list area.

3) Mini Screen
- Improved link search and number counting features for each MY/ALL category.


2. Report > Transfer Statistics
- Consultation Management: Resolved the issue where the linked Dooray project was not displayed.
- Issue Management: Resolved the issue where Dooray transfer data was not displayed.


3. Additional Business Management > Screen 
- Addressed occasional non-functioning issues.


4. Miscellaneous
- Various minor improvements were made to enhance service stability.
