■ Contents:
1. Chat
- Fixed an issue where greetings were displayed in the Help Center language when entering direct chat after accessing the Help Center.

2. Call
- Added "IVR Group Setting" function and "IVR Group Status" dashboard
: You can now view dashboard data by IVR group within a single service.

3. Tickets
- Resolved an issue where only some tickets were displayed when searching in the Spam Box by the "Email" field.
- Fixed an issue where the ticket display count per page setting in the Spam Box was not applied upon first access.

4. Security Service
- Added "Spam Inquiry Blocking" feature
: This feature blocks ticket creation for a set period when a large number of ticket requests are submitted in a short time via Open API.

5. Other
- Various feature improvements.
