'Online Contact' will undergo scheduled maintenance on October 15th, 2024.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

Between 07:00 and 08:00 on October 15th, 2024

■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:

1. Chat
- Modified to apply multilingual settings according to the Help Center language when accessing chat through Help Center widget.
- Improved to allow setting the visibility of the Help Center chat widget in the "Service Management → Help Center" menu → "Default Settings" tab.
 : Even when the chat widget is turned off in the Help Center, chat can still be used via chat script installation and direct chat links.

2. Service Management > Ticket
- Added "Channel" and "Submission Type" to the alert conditions for the "Surge Alert" feature.
 : Improved so that only tickets that meet specific submission types or channel conditions can be set as targets for surge alerts.
- Modified so that the cooldown time is set according to the time specified in the alert conditions after an alert is sent via the "Surge Alert" feature.

3. Others
- Modified so that tickets that were marked as spam or recovered from spam are not included in the trigger execution targets.
- Fixed an issue where an error occurred when clicking the "Export Reservation Details" button in the "Ticket Detail History" menu for new organizations.
- Various feature improvements.
