Due to a server overload issue today, the following problems occurred temporarily.
■ Occurrence Time: 24.09.25 (Wed) 11:50 ~ 13:50
■ Issue Details:
1. Intermittent trigger malfunction
2. Delay in ticket processing and failure to update status values
3. Inability to search specific tickets
4. Ticket count mismatch
These issues have now been resolved, and the service is functioning normally.
For individual issues that were only confirmed in certain services, corrective measures are being taken.
