■ Contents:
1. New "Transfer Statistics" Menu Added
- A new menu has been added to view statistical data on ticket transfers.
- You can check the number of transfers and the average response time for issue transfers and Dooray transfers.
2. Service Management > Ticket
- Fixed an issue where tickets received through the API channel were not being counted in the "Surge Alert" settings.
- Enhanced the description text for setting up sender address.
3. Help Center
- Improved functionality to allow modification of the text displayed in the customer's inquiry history when a ticket is internally resolved.
- This can be modified in [Service Management > Ticket > Other Settings].
4. Others
- Improved various chat-related features.
