'Online Contact' will undergo scheduled maintenance on September 9th, 2024.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with better quality service.

Between 07:00 and 08:00 on September 9th, 2024

■ Influence:
During this period, the service may be temporarily unavailable.
We are aiming for a zero-downtime update to minimize any impact.

■ Contents:
1. Ticket Management
1) SMS Sending Feature Added
- When the 'SMS Sending' feature is activated under contract options, an SMS icon will appear on the right sidebar.
- By clicking the icon, the SMS sending screen will appear, allowing you to enter the recipient's number and content to send a message.
- If a phone number is entered in the ticket field, you can also send messages via the 'SMS' button on the right side of the field.

2) Attachment Links Added When Issue Transferred
- When transferring an issue, all attached files will automatically be inserted as links in the 'Contents' area.
- You can choose only the necessary files before transferring.
※ This feature only applies if the 'Footer Settings' option is set to 'Use' in the [Service Management > Ticket > Issue Transfer] menu.

2. New 'Surge Alert' Feature
- A new 'Alerts' tab will be added to the [Service Management > Ticket] menu, and the 'Surge Alert' feature will be introduced.
- The Surge Alert notifies the responsible agent when the number of tickets exceeds the set threshold within a specific time frame.
- You can configure the time, number of tickets, and recipients by day, and there are four notification methods: browser, email, SMS, and Dooray!
※ SMS notifications are only available when the 'SMS Sending' feature is activated.
- If notifications need to be sent to users not registered with Online Contact, external recipients can be registered and managed via 'Recipient Settings' menu.
