1. Fixed the issue where chat consultation is not reconnected even after a certain amount of time has passed

4. Fixed the issue of missing count when using a trigger to assigning a group ticket
5. Fixed the issue of scroll not working when expanding the template list in the 'Additional Business Mgt.> SMS Send > Template Mgt.' menu
