This notice uses NHN Cloud's e-mail product separately,
This applies to companies that use the domain certified by the e-mail product as the sending address for online contact.

As announced on the NHN Cloud homepage below, the domain protection policy for e-mail products is scheduled to change
Sending addresses that have been domain protected after June 25, 2024 (Tuesday) may not be able to be sent through online contact.

Accordingly, if you wish to send messages to a separately authenticated domain in online contact, please disable domain protection.

■ Target: Customers who are using OC for domains that have been authenticated and protected in their directly operated e-mail products
■ Impact: Unable to send responses to online contacts with protected domains
■ Countermeasure: Deactivate the protection settings of the authenticated domain
