1. Added a function to move the screen to unentered items after clicking ‘Submit’ to contact the help center.
2. Added English notification processing function when changing the contract or status of a service set in an unsupported language.
3. Added automatic footer input processing function to the main body of consultation processing details when transferring an issue
4. Some UI improvements in the template management area of ticket details
5. Resolved issue where .hwp extension could not be attached in mobile help center.
6. Solved the issue of horizontal scrolling of inquiry content in ticket details when inquiring through the help center.
