1. [Ticket Management > Ticket details > Consultation time field] The ‘call end time’ display method has been modified.
; It is displayed the same as the call start time until the call ends, and is updated to the actual call end time when the call ends.
2. [CTI] The UI of Dial up and Transferring calls modals has been improved.
