1. Changed the 'Email' system field item to be able to remove the 'Email' system field item in the application type of the 'Issue Management' service.
2. Resolving the error where ‘Customer Management’ cannot be activated on the contract details screen in the ‘Overall Management > Contract Service Status’ menu
3. Improvement to allow re-access by clicking on the ‘Ticket Management’ sub-menu after accessing it
4. Resolving the error in the Help Center FAQ detail screen where categories are not processed in multiple languages
5. Solve load problem when viewing ‘Ticket management > Ticket details screen > Inquiry history’
6. Resolving radio type field validation error in ‘Ticket Management > Ticket Creation’ screen
