1. Modify the status value to be changed to 'Processing' when re-inquiring a ticket that has been resolved through the issue transfer and Dooray transfer process.

1. Ticket management > In the case of the top entrance status (mini electronic display board), exposure is applied according to the channel used
2. Ticket Management > Lower right frame Other service classification tab order can be adjusted and expand/collapse function added
3. Changed the order of service tabs to be adjustable
4. Contact Help Center Change masking method after writing email and phone number
5. Fixed issue where window does not close after issue transfer is complete
