1. Changed the location and color of error and information alerts
2. In case of ticket transfer (issue management), the transferred or transferred service is displayed in the ticket information

4. Added optional function to Help Center POST member authentication method
5. Delete tooltip and new window icon from ticket list
6. Apply icons by attachment file extension
