Hello.
We would like to thank our customers for using Online Contact.
Thanks to your support, it is provided so that you can experience the new look of Online Contact on May 9 in advance.
In addition to the current functions, various functions have been added to provide better customer satisfaction services, and continuous updates are planned in the future.
Please check the details below for the maintenance schedule for providing additional features and services.
■ Date and time: May 9, 2023 06:00-08:00 (2 hours)
■ Influence: Temporary transient phenomenon occurs within about 5 seconds of inspection time
■ Update contents:
* Online Contact entire UI/UX change
* Main Dashboard change
* Ticket Management Main UI/UX change
* Ticket management menu sorting criteria change and menu addition/change
* Improved/added various phone related functions
* Many other service function improvements (-> Detailed guide release notes, will be updated soon.)
■ How to experience:
* Access URL change: https://organization name.oc.toast.com -> https://organization name.oc.nhncloud.com
* During the trial period, you can use the service for both URLs in use or new URLs.
■ Instructions:
* Functions provided through new URLs may be distributed irregularly without prior notice for continuous quality improvement. We ask for your understanding.
* In the case of customers using Help Center, member linkage, and open API
* As the toast.com domain is scheduled to be terminated in the future, it is necessary to allow ACL and change the URL when nhncloud.com provides official service.
* ACL allowed IP: 103.194.111.5 / 103.194.111.6 After working, you can use it after changing it to a new URL.
* If an issue is identified during the experience, please access the *.toast.com URL you used before and use the service, and report any related issues.
* You can use any URL you want, but since the current URL will fade-out, we recommend using a new URL whenever possible.
* After a certain period of time, it will be converted to a full service, and at this time, access to toast.com is no longer possible.
