There was an error in ticket scanning and displaying abnormal ticket status, but now it has been recovered.

Date and time: 2023-01-15th 10:00 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.
Cause of occurrence : Occurs after change of search server ACL operation (dawn)
Measures: Ticket search normalized due to restoration measures for ACL changes.
However, additional measures were taken because the ticket status was abnormally confirmed for tickets processed during the relevant time zone, and normal processing was completed at 3:30 p.m.
