1. Fixed some issues after deploying agent ticket assignment On/Off function
- Issue of sending an access right error message when viewing tickets transferred to issue management
- Sending an error message and no data when accessing 'Personal Information Settings'
- An issue where tickets are automatically distributed as triggers even after agent ticket assignment is turned off
2. Modify other specific service transfer status values
