1. Agent ticket assignment On, Off function
- Option setting is provided so that authorized agents can also control ticket assignment On/Off, which can be set only by individuals.
- Authorized agents can control whether or not all agent tickets are assigned.
- Individuals and authorized agents can set ticket assignment on/off per service.
- Manual delivery and retrieval of tickets to agents with ticket assignment off status are now available.
2. Other bug fixes
