■ Update contents
1. Added new trigger notification result
Added new 'Notification: Send mail to customer (spam policy not applied)'.
When sending notifications, based on 'Only 3 times within the last 1 hour based on all sending history' A new trigger result that does not apply is added.

2. Automatic input of customer information when transferring ticket issues
Improvements have been made so that customer personal information is automatically entered when transferring tickets from consultation management to issue management.

3 . Added non-recoverable logic after masking
After 7 days of masking customer personal information in ticket details and chat conversation history, data recovery becomes impossible.

4. Other bug fixes
