Hello.

We would like to thank our customers for using Online Contact.
To provide better quality of service, updates will be made as follows.

■ Impact: Temporary chaos.
■ Update contents

1. Add 'management name' in the company information menu
A 'management name' is added to separate and manage registered company information in 'All Management > Company Information'.

2. Delete service and processing type from template management
'Service' and 'Processing type' items are deleted from the menu inquiry list.

3. Delete affiliation from the access log menu
The item 'Affiliation' is deleted from the menu lookup list.

4. Indicate ticket email channel source
If the channel cutoff value is email, it is displayed along with the received email address.

5. Masking when linking with Help Center 'ID'
1:1 Inquiry Customer ID information automatically imported during member linkage processing is masked and displayed.

6. Screen tearing issue when creating a new ticket
When creating a new ticket, if there are many field items, the problem where the bottom is cut off is corrected so that it is displayed normally by scrolling.

7. Other bug fixes
