The detailed charge criteria for each function provided by Online Contact are as follows.

- Users with counseling permissions can use the internal announcements, announcements, inquiry, period/type/performance statistics, chat satisfaction statistics functions for free.

- Users with counseling permissions can use the additional services in the above table.
- The SMS message send function is a service that can be integrated with the NHN Cloud Notification SMS service. SMS sending cost is separately charged according to the Notification service pricing policy.
