[Charge] When and how will the charge be paid?

The monthly charge calculated according to the charge plan will be paid on the next month's payment date through the payment method registered in NHN Cloud.
Payment related information is as follows:
- Charge Period : 1st of each month ~ end of each month
- Payment Date : 8th of each month ~ 14th of each month (Payment processed at 10:00 a.m. daily until payment succeeded)
- Non-payment and Notification : Notification email related to overdue payments sent after 16th
- Late payment Fee (additional charge) : 2% of the charge applied
- Restriction to Console Access : Console access restricted at 23rd
