[Report] What is the difference between received date and the processed date in report?

When setting criteria in report, the meanings of received date and processed date are as follows.
- Setting Received Date as Criteria: Calculate the number of inquiries received and processed during the period
- Setting Processed Date as Criteria: Calculate the number of all inquiries processed during the period
