[Ticket] How can I connect Twitter?

Procedure for connecting Twitter is as follows.
1. Access to [Service Management > External Channel > Twitter] menu.
2. Enable Twitter.
3. Click Register button to sign in to your Twitter account, and approve connection with Online Contact.
