[Ticket] How can I assign tickets automatically to agents or agent groups?

The conditions for automatic allocation of tickets when receiving inquiries are as follows.
1. Trigger condition : Select the object as 'Ticket: Status', select the condition as '=' and set the condition value to 'Unassigned'.
2. Trigger result : Select the object as 'Ticket : Assign', and select agent group or agent to allocate the ticket.
