[Ticket] What are the types of ticket status?

The types of ticket status values are as follows :

 

- Unassigned : Tickets have been received and not assigned to agent
- Processing : Tickets assigned to agent
- Pending : Tickets processed as 'Pending'
- Resolved : Tickets processed as 'Resolved' or 'Resolve Internally'
- Completed : Tickets processed as 'Completed' by administrator
- Escalation in Progress : Tickets escalated to Issue Management service
- Escalation Resolved : Tickets processed as 'Resolved', 'Pending', "Resolve Internally' in Issue Management service
