Contiple operates with the following privileges.

- Organization Administrator :
Can access the 'Overall Management' menu and performs organization-wide settings or management functions.
The Organization Administrator privilege alone does not allow use of the consultation features or service management features. (Only the 'Service Management > Agents' menu is accessible.)

- Administrator :
This is a privilege that adds access to menus related to service settings on top of the agent privileges.
Among the multiple services registered in the organization, you can perform service management only for the specific service(s) for which you are registered as an 'Administrator'.

- Agent :
This is a privilege for customer consultation.
Only the menus related to the granted privileges can be used.
