When sending MMS, you can attach up to 2 files (jpg format) within 0.3MB each.

If you attach and send a file in a format other than jpg, only the title and contents excluding the attached file will be sent to the recipient, and the file will not also be displayed in the [Report → SMS Send Status] menu.

Therefore, if the attached file was not sent together in the MMS, please check if the format of the attached file is jpg. If the sending was not proceeded properly despite of the appropriate size and format of the attached file, please send your inquiries through the Online Contact Help Center.
